Refund and Adjustment Policy - Heartfulness Institute of Leadership
Fees and transfers
Fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future program within the same financial year if requested in writing and subject to availability.
If we cancel a program
If a program is cancelled by the Heartfulness Institute of Leadership due to low participation or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be informed by email and the full program fee will be refunded.
Transaction charges
Transaction charges deducted by banks or payment gateways are retained by the processing institutions and therefore cannot be refunded.
Other expenses
The Institute is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by participants or sponsoring organizations.
Who processes your payment
Mindfulness Training Institute is the entity responsible for conducting training programs and processing payments through this website.
